Members must follow rules, policies and regulations, including those identified in all written documents related to the Club and Hotel including but not limited to those for the pool and beach, spa and fitness facilities, F&B outlets, and all premises. Members are expected to be respectful of all guests and employees and should not engage in disruptive behavior. Members are responsible for adherence to the rules, as well as that of their family members and guests. Violations can result in suspension or termination.

DRESS CODE: Come comfortable, but come dressed for the house. Proper attire and footwear are required inside Olazul at all times. Pool and beach attire should remain outdoors, with tops, bottoms, and footwear required inside. Swimwear is welcome on the lawn until 5:00 PM. After this time, we kindly ask that Members and guests transition to appropriate casual attire throughout Olazul.

CHILDREN & FAMILIES: Guests 18 and under are welcome to enjoy the Olazul lawn until 5:00 PM, little ones 12 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The interior of Olazul is reserved for adults 18 and over.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: We’ll take care of the refreshments. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Olazul house or lawn. Food and beverage enjoyed at Olazul should be purchased or provided through the hotel’s dining venues.

COMPUTER & CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE: Good energy travels and so does sound. During coworking hours, please be mindful of those working around you by keeping calls, virtual meetings, and conversations at a respectful volume. Speakerphone use is not permitted, and headphones are required for music, videos, and other personal audio.

SMOKING & CIGARS: The Olazul house is a cigarette and vape-free environment. Cigars may be enjoyed in the designated lawn area after 5:00 PM to close.

PETS: Club Members' pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly areas, including the Olazul Lawn, provided they meet the hotel's pet policy size and weight requirements. Pets must remain leashed at all times and off all furniture. We kindly ask that pets relieve themselves off property, such as along the Beachwalk, and that owners clean up after their pets. Please note that pets are not permitted inside Olazul House.

CONDUCT: The Club reserves the right to remove any member or guest for unlawful or inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to threats, physical contact, verbal harassment or discrimination, or for conduct that is disruptive to other guests or to employees. Members and their guests are expected to always act in a courteous and respectful manner to all Club and Hotel guests and employees.

POSTED RULES: Members must read and comply with all posted rules as well as recognized customs and practices.

GUESTS: Any permitted guests must register with the Club and abide by Club rules, policies and regulations.

PRIVACY: You may not record any images at the Club of other members or their guests, or of Club employees without their express consent.

HOURS: The operating hours of the Club are subject to change, may vary by season, and can be affected by the weather or other factors beyond the Club’s control.

MEMBER CHECK-IN & WRISTBAND POLICY: All Members and their authorized guests are required to check in upon arrival to the Club on each visit. Check-in must be completed at either the designated Member Check-In Area or the hotel front desk, as directed by Club staff. Upon check-in, Members and guests will be issued a daily wristband indicating authorized access to Club facilities and amenities. Wristbands must be worn visibly at all times while utilizing Club facilities and are non-transferable. Failure to check in, refusal to wear the wristband, or misuse of a wristband may result in denial of access to Club amenities for that day and may be considered a violation of Club Rules, Policies, and Regulations. The Club reserves the right to request valid identification at any time to verify membership status. Wristbands are valid for the date of issue only and must be removed upon departure from the Club.
